He ordered a call and it is nearly done. The phone number he gave me is no good.
I did send a PM and I know he was on here on the 13th but he never responded.

Before I send it to someone else, I'd like to know for sure that he's not interested. He waited quite a while.

I apologize for those other individuals who are deliberately trying to misguide you but then again look at the first response from a well-known disreputable character ( Tal ) who is a bad influence on all those he encounters.
Z  Appalachianassassin is a very private individual and is hard to get in contact with. In a conversation just last week he mentioned he had a call ordered and wanted me to have it. What a great guy, always giving!
Anyway he asked if I would contact you so you could send the call to me.  He did mention that he would contact you to settle up at his earliest possible convenience.
Guys I believe the progression is:
Buy your first call you get the Complementary Baseball cap
Second call is a tee shirt
Third you get the Hoody
Tal if you were a better person, you might get a free trumpet instead of that tee shirt. Just saying bud!

EZ, let's make this NEW CALL, a traveling call and let members have the opportunity to hunt with it and pass it on to others ... NOW THIS is a great idea ... IMO
