Best Turkey Pant Brand

Hi, was just looking for some reviews on everyone's favorite pant brands. Id like to spend more on some that dont fade and last multiple seasons. I have had my eye on the ol tom, blocker outdoors, and spring legion. I hunt in KY mostly so cool mornings and warm afternoons. Thanks

I can highly recommend the following after much use - Kuiu Kutana Stretch Woven Pant, First Lite Corrugate Foundry Pant, First Lite Trace Pant.

All have their Pro's and Cons. Pocket Layout is great on all of them but Materials vary. One thing to note - Built in knee pads are great until weather gets hot and you have a waterproof and less breathable patch on the knee with a foam pad insulating your legs. If you get pants with knee pads, make sure they are removable. The Kuiu ones are what I am rolling with this season, a great all around pant design. Kuiu offers some solid colors that work great for turkey hunting.

I just bought the Ol' Tom Earlybird pants and I am amazed at just about everything. They are extremely durable but not too heavy. Reinforced seat and knees, complete with knee pads. Zippered side vents. Very well thought out pocket designs. I also love the bottom of the pants have elastic sealers to keep ticks out. Supposedly insect repellent, but we shall see. The overall build quality is the best I have seen. The camo patterns aren't sexy as Kuiu and Sitka, but I think they blend better in my terrain.

Just picked up a pair of the sitka equinox guard pants on super discount. looking forward to giving them a shot this year.

Magellan makes a cotton poly blend cargo pants and shirt . Same layout as cotton button up shirts and pants of old .. from mossy oak, walls, etc.... They are far more resistant to fading than the old mossy oaks . They will fade but will take longer unless of course you are washing them every day then maybe not.... But if you wait til Christmas or really anytime after thanksgiving. You can get them on clearance at academy for like 10-15 bucks . And I think they are 30 regular . They have the feel of cotton button up shirts with a stretch fit. Run a little big. I've had 2 pairs since 2019. They've held up very well. The pair I have now is on their 3rd season. Banded used to make a poly cotton blend rip stop shirt and pants. With snap buttons , zippered pockets . A padded butt, padded elbows, and knees and vented in the back.... Of course they quit making them.... They were probably the best I've owned . Magellan would be a close second , and magellans are cheap.... The banded were not .

I absolutely love them.  They are such a nice pant and I've never owned anything like them before.  The bad for me is, they are only wearable up to about 75 degrees.  Even with the legs vents open, 75 and up they are uncomfortably hot IMO.  Below 75, I'm not sure there is a better pant out there.  I wish Sitka would make a pair of the super thin pants similar to Nomad or Treezyn pants. I have to switch to those 2 when it gets hot.

I'm a big fan of the Stone Glacier De Havilland pants, both the lite and regular versions. They'd held up great for me and I enjoy the features they have (knee pads, leg vents, adjustable waist band/fly).
