End of Story.A buddy of mine, who guides in Kansas, told me in order to be considered a Resident/landowner you have to have more than 80 acres. Anything less than 80, you are a non-resident, and you must apply for the draw as a non-resident. Is this True? Just paying taxes, on less than 80 acres, doesn't get you a FREE pass as I understand it.
