Mounting a FF3 sight on a Mossberg silver reserve turkey 28 gauge shotgun

Has anyone already done this ? Was going use the adapter that Burris sells but after investing found out it won't fit rib. Looking for alternative before having gunsmith drill and tap gun.

we been drilling the O/U for years.   You can mount it in the back  if drill in tap.   If clamp you got to run it on out on the barrel.   Both works just your eyes will be the one that tells you if you like it out on the barrel.

I have a Mossberg silver Reserve in 28 gauge and I have a Warne rib mount with a Holosun 407x2 on it. It works well and I've not had any problems with it.
