HECKUVA mailbox day !!!!!!

So, back in the summer I took a fellow a couple big boards of 12/4" cherry that I had timbered from my property and subsequently air dried.  I asked, in exchange, if he could build me a box call ??  I also brought him a smaller board to have him spin me out a trumpet if it worked out.

Well, worked out it DID !!!!!

Here's what showed up.  Thank you a MILLION Mike Lapp !!!  Your friendship AND craftsmanship are both awesome !!!

Those turned out great. Mike makes some awesome calls ...That cherry is really nice... Now you need a pot call from it also ceramic over glass in a cherry pot is turkey money ... IMO
