I tagged this one way back in early October.....

PA elitist since 1979

The good Lord ain't made a gobbler I can't kill.  I just gotta be there at the right time.....  on the day he wants to die.

Here they are.  I had a good season.  Both with the bow.

Nice deer guys!!! I never got a shot at a decent buck...the closest I had was 45yds. The 1st 2 weeks of November, I passed up the same 6-7,  1 1/2 yr. olds every time I hunted. I was able to put 2 does in the freezer.

Real nice deer, congrats to all! I was lucky enough to get this Old mountain guy with my Muzzleloader opening day. Got a glimpse of him during bow, but he was too far for a shot. It's not often you get a second chance on these guys...

Nice deer everyone, great to see.

I have a 45# royal huntsman by him that I gave to my dad. They're nice bows.

This year is the least amount I've hunted for deer since I shot my first one when I was 9... maybe went 5 times. I did however go duck and goose hunting a lot! Man have I missed that... that being said. My late grandfather left behind a model 94 30-30. I took it out 1 morning and blessed it on a still hunt. Bout brought a tear to my eye using it.

Great pictures and a lot of memories.  I enjoyed looking at pics very much.

I killed my best buck so far 2 days into the season but having my 8 year old get his first buck was way more exciting than seeing my arrow hit the spot on this buck.

Nothing I like more besides cherishing a gobbler on the ground is grabbing a set of antlers on a mature buck, but I will always miss hunting with my boys. I enjoyed the youth hunts more than my own and watching each of them kill some really nice bucks are great memories. The years go fast my friend.
