Friend that used to drive tractor trailer in or maybe it was out of I believe Bangor* Maine said you used to laugh because he always knew the tourists because they would beep at the moose from their cars and the moose would attack the vehicles and rip them up because I guess it sounded like a challenge call to them. I do seem to remember his saying that that was much worse when a rig would use the air horn.

I can tell I wrong that tired, that should read ".....I believe Bangor* Maine said HE used to laugh because [HE] always knew the tourists because they would beep at the moose [ON THE ROADWAY] from their [VEHICLES] and the moose would attack the vehicles and rip them up because I guess it sounded like a challenge [OR MATING] call to them. I do seem to remember hi[M] saying that [IT] was much worse when a rig would use the air horn.
