My daughter is home from college. She attends Black Hills State...so 10 hrs away.....Which leaves litttle time spent together.
Well we got out this morning, and called in 2 gobbling toms from the neighboring property a couple hundred yards away.  Some cutting and yelps did the trick. They went quiet and eventually came into our field.  We coaxed them over with some clucks and purrs using the Woodhaven Cherry Crystal pot.
Paige made the shot using her 870 20 ga. Federal 5 shot/jellyhead choke  @ 31 yards..
i cherish our time together......

Congratulations Paige!
The smiles on both of your faces says it all.
Spending time together and making memories is what it is all about.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, tired, beat, thoroughly used up and totally worn out from chasing turkeys and loudly proclaiming; "WOW -- What a Ride!"
