Predator Down

Making a play on some strutters in a cow pasture this morning.. We were standing in a patch of woods adjacent to the field when a pair of these trotted up from the field into the woods where we were. This one came up a bank to 10 yards from us and got a load of copper plated shot for breakfast instead of turkey. I had just ran a couple series of yelps trying to locate the gobbler. 2nd dog got away. This was a female.

Sorry you didn't get your turkey but you may have saved a few.
Congrats on the Coyote.

GREAT JOB. Kill'em all. I'd let a longbeard walk to kill a coyote any day.

Glad you got one of em . I've had a crazy year with yotes ruining 4 hunts .
3 of the 4 won't do it again . I was going to have a huge male with a pretty coat mounted , but he smelled awful ! Just left him there .

Really! Just left him there!
Good for you, send a clear massage to all his friends and relatives!
