Not for me, but for children with cancer. On March 17th I will once again be joining teams of firefighters :firefighter: and police officers :police: to raise money for children's cancer research. We will be raising the money, and attending an event where we will all have our heads shaved in solidarity with sick children who lose their own hair during their cancer treatments.

Just wanted to revisit this post and thank all of you who helped with your donations. Thanks to your generosity, I was personally able to raise over $1,000 for children's cancer research, and the event raised much more than that!! :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:
Here's a couple of pictures. First with me and my new bride, and 2 of our grandchildren. The second is of me and my grandson Levi, who decided to join me in shaving my head in honor of his cousin Ashley who passed away from cancer a few years ago.
