For those who have them and possibly multiple ones—— what are your favorites? I love my cherry aluminum

Cherry aluminum. It flat kills turkeys. Still the very best aluminum out there in my opinion.

Cherry aluminum, Cherry slate, and Maple slate are great. But my favorite is a Walnut glass over glass with a gobbler bust picture on the soundboard.

What sets his calls apart from others? I've never had the opportunity to get my hands on one

Great question, Footballer. I was wondering that myself.

So I set to YouTube to try and find some sounds and here's his page:

I have his cherry aluminum over slate and it's a sharp sounding call.
I had question though how does his numbering system work?  Mine is numbered 330 and is from December 2015 but I see one postered here from March of '16 with 292 on it?(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180215/c5f99fb6405f8fcb13db2a1e8b089c17.jpg)

PM your cell number and I will send you a sound file of my Osage and zebrawood. The Osage glass over slate is THE BEST sounding pot I have ever owned
TJ is that bronze glass or just regular glass?

Lol looks like I have to add an Osage glass to my order now! How does Paul do it does he call after the calls are done or before to let you know?

Several years ago he called me prior to making them.

Unless your buddy's,,I don't think he allows you to add to your existing order,,I originally got on his list for one call then and this spring inquired about getting a different one added. He said that's he's only allowing the original order amount.

I ordered 4 calls when I talked to him 2 years ago he said you can add to your order if you wanted. Maybe be changed that. Luckily I left a tbd on the 4th call for whatever new combo he had when I'm up

I am fortunate to own a bunch of pots from Paul.  For slate I like his maple,  for crystal his walnut crystal over slate.  For glass his walnut glass over glass and for aluminum his cherry.

My cherry slate is awesome, wish I had ordered more when I did. But I haven't heard a single bad thing about any of his calls

Out of all the pots I tried in the silent auction, IMO I liked the way that his sounded the best....but there were alot of really really really other good ones out there as well.
