Clemson rolled over "roll tide". Great game to two great teams. :smiley-patriotic-flagwaver-an
sweet!!!!!!! :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:
Heck of good game. Bama really took big loss when the running back went down he was their whole offence then their D spent way to much time on field in part from pretty crappy play calling by Stark way to many pass plays for that QB used very little clock illing the D. All good though I was happy to see Clemson win Watson is one heck of college QB and number 7 is heck of NFL receiver both will be millionaires in few months. Old Dabo is quality coach also

x2
I went into the game pretty neutral. Long as Bama lost I was gonna be happy. First Hillary looses, now Bama and if Pittsburg can make it it all the way to the big one and loose well it will have been a great start to a great year. Haven't watched a pro game yet this year tho and doubt I will till the super bowl.

I've not watched a single football game (college or pro) this year and felt no need to start last night. What's the Super Bowl? Is that where the less fortunate go for a meal?
I stayed up for it and wow, what a finish. No dog in this fight, just enjoyed a good game for sure.

I'm not sure how well Watson will transition to the Pro Game, he allowed himself to take some nasty shots last night and that won't work in the pros He'll end up injured in no time. Williams the WR will be an NFL ready talent almost out of the gate he is extremely polished for a college kid

x2 - A great ballgame for sure!
Probably the best National Championship game since Texas vs. USC. Absolutely a great game for a college fan to enjoy.
Go Tigers!

Dabo has put a little fun back into college ball. I had gotten sick of the Saban show.

Congrats to the winners! Great game.
I'm a SEC guy all the way, GO GATORS!!! But I'm tired of Satan and Bama. Kudos to Clemson on their win. :icon_thumright:
One of the more exciting college football games I've seen, down to the wire.
Thanks,
Clark
I was there, and it was even better in person. Heading back to SC now, long drive after a late night but well worth it, Go Tigers!

AMEN! I'm a huge FSU fan so Clemson is one of our big division rivals. That being said, I've got much respect (not admiration) for Saban but last night I was pulling for Dabo Swinney and his Clemson Tigers all the way! Just too many weapons on that team. You've got Watson, Williams, Gallman, Leggett, Renfrow, Cain, etc... Dabo has built a fine program and seems to genuinely love what he does. You'd think Saban would have about 7 million reasons to smile from time to time.
JBIRD22, he thinks only wins count in life and nothing is accepted but wins...most miserable person have ever seen walking the sideline...you would think a person in his position could at least look the opposing coach in the eye as they met on the field after game...give him a genuine hand shake, happy for you, great game, but when you got something eating you inside and you so proud of what you do and you alone (even could not stand his OC and pushed him out door right before game) well, all this came home to roost last night and new chicken in hen house today. Some times you get what you ask for in life and have to be careful to give God credit for your good fortune....might be rewarded with another championship in another year...to each their own.
Uncle Tom, no doubt about him coming across as being miserable. What I don't get is why kids keep flocking there to play for him. Year after year after year they have the #1 recruiting class. Maybe he's better to play for than he comes across but the eye test doesn't lie very often IMO.
Roll Tide win or lose! My hat is off to Clemson. Congrats to Dabo and their team.
