A GREAT guy to deal with!!! As in the best!!! Personal call, texts, quick to answer. I'd seriously have no question in saying he is the best callmaker I have ever dealt with.

What is everyone's favorite wood combo from Frank Kruer?
Anyone willing to share what he charges for a box? A pm would be fine but I'm curious now.
Sharp looking call, I like the figuring in the limba.
Don't overlook Frank's longboxs. I seldom go in the woods without one.
Impressive to say the least! :icon_thumright:
$100 for Bloodwood over limba short box...

Yellowheart over Black Limba in back.
Snakewood over Sycamore in the middle.
But Bloodwood over Poplar most often sees the woods.

I just told him to make whatever he enjoyed making the most and the persimmon over black limba is what I received. I couldn't be happier. I got back on the waiting list for another for my son and told him to make whatever he wanted again.

Good hell those are some killer looking boxes!!
That Sycamore came from an 18" x 3" x 6' plank that my Dad gave me.
Frank also made a cherry over sycamore short box from the same wood for me. The cherry came from my late Uncle Don. That call means a lot to me.
