It's time for the annual Canadian Musky trip. :happy0064: It's nice to get a break from watching corn grow. A little shorter trip of 9 days vs 14, but all good. Hopefully, will have plenty of pictures of freshwater monsters to show you guys. Later.
Took plenty of pictures, and I thought I'd share a few. Tough fishing with high water temps, but we adjusted well on the fly to move to areas off the main lake, where water temps were cooler because of current. Just hit the link to see my album, and hope you enjoy the slide show as much as we enjoyed being there. Beautiful place.

Oh yea buddy, I'll be throwen some Cranes. It's pretty warm up there for them in the high 80's. Bite will probably be late an hour before dark.
We are leaven at 10 am, but son wants to stop at Cabelas. Crap! There goes $300, and I don't really need anything ;D I hate that money sucker.
Good luck and show us some pics!
Sack a 50" for me!
Good luck
Just rolled in from the trip. Last hour before heading in to end our trip, son racked up the 225 on a rock coming out of the hole before hitting plane. According to the map there was 14 feet of water at that location, my a$$. Prop will have to be replaced, and skag needs repaired, but we were able to get back to the resort with no problem. Hard trip fishing with water temps over 80 in places, but we adapted and put 10 Muskys in the net with biggest at 46" in 9 days of fishing. Grandson was the big stick with 5 out of the 10, but son stuck the 46. Will get up some pictures when I can.
Nice Jay! I bet it was fun except for the prop. And welcome back..hope to see those pictures soon.
Glad you made it back safe, and had a good time! :icon_thumright:
I put most of the pics in an album with a slide show. Just hit the link, and any questions on the pictures, feel free to ask. Thanks, Jay
