Yinz ain't gonna believe this one......................
I had just spent the last 30+ minutes looking at/for FF3's on eBay, Amazon, GunBroker, Sportsman's Guide and a couple others. Checking for the best deal. I had decided that they were all more $$$ than I wanted to spend for what I was wanting to do.
So I flip to OG and the first post at the top is this one...........
I have one coming !!!!
Sometimes karma ain't such a bad thing.
Thinking of picking up another just to have for the next turkey gun I don't have yet lol.
For fellas that like em God bless ya. Realize they can be problematic at times with getting the battery installed and the visual aspect. I had pieces of red dot splattered all over glass with a comet for the actual "dot". I had one on less than 1-2 day and returned it.

Wow, I have zero problems with 3 of mine. As far as the battery problem, if you use a Duracell battery, your problem is solved. I guess the size of that type battery is better for the FF3, I never had any cap loosening, even using 3.5 in 12 gauge loads.....
I've used mine for the last three years problem free. I out a new battery in before season starts and an extra in my vest for just in case. My battery has never died before. If you jammed some mud up in the glass that could be a problem.

Love my Burris. Might have to get another one at that price. Thanks
Perfect timing. I've been meaning to pick another one up for wife's gun. Ordered 2 this morning. Florida in 5 weeks!!!!
Thanks!! They still show in stock.
I just ordered one for my 12 ga. Now will have one on 28 ga, 20 ga, and 12 ga.
They're a game changer for my aging eyes.
And it's here! Now if I can just get the tiny allen screws to loosen up on my Williams Fire Sights............. Allen wrench keeps slipping.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220202/1d784c755f3bf1e04333e2e2dd12d1a6.jpg)

Ha! Just opened the box and both of mine arrived in 3 days. Very happy
Great deal! I have one on a 20 ga. 870 barrel with meadows mount and one installed on a TC Contender barrel I use in deer season. Awesome product IMO.
Y'all got a deal I waited to long like the other post now 229
Finally received mine today ... Sunday afternoon delivery , it was in a weather delay for several days... happy camper now ....
Got mine today also with the weather delay
Back up to $229.99. Still not a bad price but certainly not $149!

I've been a red dot user for years...both bow and turkey gun. Tasco...not Burris. Anyhow, don't necessarily blame the red dot. Mine was the same with my Tascos...a weirdly misshapen dot. Then I had cataract surgery in October. Now with either my Burris or Tasco it's a nice round dot.
Finally got mine a couple of days back. Not sure what it's going on, I'm considering putting it my AR that I use for hogs, I've never liked the scope I put on it because hogs scatter so fast at the first shot. A red dot might be teh ticket for them.
I have a FF3 on my Benelli turkey gun, but I have a new Holosun that I am about to mount and try it out on the Benelli.
I guess I could buy a new 20 gauge to put the new FF3 on and put the old one on the AR.
Finally got mine yesterday....after I started this original post!!!! Gonna put it on a little Stevens 301T 20 gauge and try a .560 and a .562 with some Ninja from Apex. I have an 870 compact as well as an Affinity, but this little single shot intrigues me....
My first ff3 sits on a stevens 20. The gun ended up being a lot heavier than anticipated for a skinny 9yr old. In comparison. The factory choke in the 301 doesn't hold a candle to the wife's cheap walmart charles daily with a tightwad choke. So the favorite is the CD for the boy for now. Going for his 3rd Osceola in less than 4 weeks!

Good luck with the Osceolas......I like the weight and the super slim little receiver on the 301. I think I have shot twice at one Turkey and I would have had time to load another round in a single shot then. Thought it would be an excellent "wet weather" easy to dry out and re-oil gun as well!!
That's a great deal. Wish I had seen it before I bought one.
