They've got some pretty good customer service. Shame they've been bought and sold several times though. Seems some things were lost in transition.

I bought a double box cutter and according to the description and picture on the cabelas website there are thumb grooves on each side of the box for cutting. Mine had no thumb grooves. Seems like a decent box though.

My double sided has no grooves.
My single sided does.

Cherry Bomb is a pretty good box call.

That was one of my first calls ever and I still have it.  For a mass produced box call, it doesn't sound bad at all to me.  MAD Calls made it if I'm not mistaken.

I'll second this. While I don't own a double box cutter, I've played several. None have had the finger grooves.
