winchester longbeards

I have been shooting winchester longbeards for several years . the  one i shot thursday makes several gobblers i have taken with them the one yesterday was 53 yds measured not steped of the two longbeard came to my decoys i was soft calling and stoped looking right at me i shot the one droped in his tracks just a few flops when i got in on him . The neck was full on no 4s 2 0z load . they are awsome loads . the one two years  ago  was not measured but i steped it of it was at least 50 . i am using a mossberg 835 24 in barell

The only pure lead shell I`ve ever shot ( 3" #6 ). I think it`s the only pure lead shell you need to shoot.

I shoot the 3 inch #6. I love them.

I shoot the Longbear XR's if that is what you are talking about. I shoot 3" #6's and love them. I do not shoot over 40 yards though.

I haven't missed yet in three years using 3 1/2" 6's, Win Longbeard XR. Deadly swarm of little bees that like each others company down range! Out of a Rem 870 Predator/Turkey SPS w/ 20" barrel, deadly combo.
We wait all year,why not enjoy the longbeard coming in hunting for a hen, let 'em' in close !!!
