Sunday first day of archery season

Sunday is 1st day of archery season with highs only 93-95, lol. Have been seeing some nice fresh hard horns. But the best crop of all seems to be the seed ticks!! I've never seen ticks this bad like this year!! Even got spotted fever again, stupid things. Did however purchase me a crossbow this week. Gonna get it dialed in and hope for cooler weather, no ticks and no stinking skeeters or gnats. First year for me to archery hunt and almost 50, lol.

Best of luck to you and everyone else. It does not start here in the Southern Zone of NY until Oct. 1 and it starts in the Northern Zone of NY on Sept. 27 I wish I could got out there year, shoulder surgery says not this year though. Looking forward to next year and to seeing pictures of everybody's take this year.

Good luck to you . Pa. season opened allready in certain areas and its so stinking hot. Ill wait till it cools off a bit before I go out.
