Anyone else getting any good bucks on trail camera or on the ground? I've been trying to get my daughter her first buck this year. We have only gotten to go a few times. It's a lot to ask of a 5 year old though. I had her practice a lot with my crossbow back in the summer. I've only hunted one day so far. Of course I'm waiting for our fall turkey season. Here's a couple of good ones I've gotten pics of...

Nice ones. Gets pretty exciting when you get those that young  their first deer !
My youngest was 6 many years ago, surprised  my heart is still beating today .

Nice.  I'm liking the Marlin too.   I don't deer hunt much anymore but when I do Deer or hog hunt it's usually with the 336.

First hunt ever for my youngest. He was sick and cried cause he didn't think I was going to take him. He was coughing every ten minutes but we had fun and did see a few deer just nothing within his 50 yard limitations.

Mines a 30-30.  Works well on the hogs.   Shots average about 50-60 yards.

Well not a deer. Couldn't keep the big ones hooked long enough and settled for two 6-1/2 to 7 footers.
