Well I may have heard some gobbling in the distance, but they weren't close enough to be sure. I walked that direction anyway to see what I can see this afternoon.

with mom now.

Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately she was in a bad auto accident on Feb 8 and has been in hospital almost 80 miles from home. I've spent most of my time with her since the accident.
She's had a rough time. Doubt I get to hunt much this year. All thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
