Rear Sight For Winchester SXP

Just got a new toy Win. SXP 20ga. 24" barrel Camo. I want to set this one up without a scope. What would be a good replacement for the rear sight and where can I find one? The sight that is on the gun is fastened to the rib Any help would be appreciated.     Thanks.  Jerry
