Always heard and figured it true that if you disked a field/plot that turkeys would soon be in there looking for grubs, insects etc. do y'all think it hold true disking up a corner of a food plot and attracting birds. Thinking of this worked it would be a good tactic for a groundblind and youth to get in on action

Winter disking isn't just for killing. It's a great way to make summer brood cover too.

Plow it they will come has been my motto

Plowing and disking will work.  Every time I have seen a plot done so, the turkeys were on it within 24 hours.  When plowed, the hens will line up line-abreast and walk down the rows with the gobblers following behind.  The only problem I've seen is if the plot is too large, the gobblers will stay out in the middle and out of gun range.

For a youth I figured I'd disk up the corner and far end of a plot that lays on top of a ridge to a hardwood bottom and setup a double bull blind somewhere close

Plowed areas are great mid morning dusting area's, I will have a blind set up on one this season, first time I have been able to hunt a plowed field but I have always seen them there mid morning feeding and dusting themselves.
