KP is on here as KPcalls.  His list is a couple years long fyi.  He is hunting now so he may not get back with you and it may be best to wait until May/June to contact him.

KP has been extremely busy at work this year with the pandemic.  He will get back to you but it may not be right away.  Last I heard he was on a 3 year wait or so.  Great choice and worth the patience.
