Been a rough one so far this season.Close calls,misses,Walking alot,and I mean alot of non-gobbling turkeys.I have only missed one morning this season and that was the big storm this past week that came through.This morning was the same,went to a spot I knew held a bird and he never gobbled,well more of the same I said......leaving the spot I stopped by a 4 acre piece I just acquired that has had a bird I have seen slipping through periodically, and said what the heck might as well hit the call......low a behold this bird slammed it in the back of the small block.Park the truck and sling the vest back on,if he's gobbling you gotta go........little talk with the new Prototype Aluminum Call and 35 minutes later hes flopping.......Man what a good feeling......Hope everyone's season is going well.
