Water Proof Pot Call?

So I have never bothered to use a pot call in the rain but would like to add one to my vest. Is it all in the striker or should I look for a water proof pot/striker combo? The other thread got me thinking about a Sneed Hot Hen. Should I just team that up with a waterproof striker and call it good? Or should I look at something like the Enticer Calls wet series of pots? Are all waterproof strikers on the same level or are there some better than others?

Slate sucks when wet. I would recommend Al Holberts calls made specifically for wet weather. I believe he has glass, crystal and aluminum sufaces. Personally I am carrying a screamin demon 2, loftis crystal screamer or a lonzo glass over aluminum in an acrylic pot if the weather is looking iffy. Not that they play great in the rain but at least I don't have to worry about the pot warping.

Both Kevin Farr of Pecker Wrecker and Mitchell Johnston of Dead End calls have great "wet" strikers that will play on any surface including slate.  Also both are great guys to deal with.

Another vote here for Al at Enticer. I have his aluminum and slate call and both sound great in wet weather.
