This thread makes me want to drive to New York, buy a license, kill two gobblers off this public place and post about it on every possible public hunting forum. The only thing holding me back is not wanting to ruin it for everyone else that hunts the place. OP on the other hand, you need to get over it. It sounds like the guy can't even get out of the truck. If he's killing more than his limit, report him. But stop complaining about a handicapped guy hunting public land, and throwing accusations at the guy with zero credible evidence provided.
