This is what I had 2 weeks ago.  MIL made some ramps for us.  Some were just covered with bacon grease like wilted lettuce and the others were cooked.   MMMMMM, MMMM.  Awesome.

Ramps are up here in Tenn. to. But u have to make sure everybody around u are eating them to. They sure have a great smell about them..LOL..

Man, don't I know it.  I haven't gotten there yet, but will get my blood drawn soon.  It has been 2 years.  Gotta love that food though.

Yeah same here never herd of them, they don't grow here but nothing really does when we have snow on the ground all the time!!!

Some pick morels, but us mountain guys pick ramps and branch lettuce when we're bird hunting.

Man I love ramps!!!! I dig a couple garbage bags full every spring. I pickle alot of them. I love drinking beer and eating a jar of pickled ramps!    They are actually a wild leak.
