Cody calls customer service??

Anybody got any feed back on getting a Cody call fixed by Bill? Turn around etc? I bought a world class  off eBay. It was part of a four piece set deal. That was the only pot worth having. Rest got filed away... Got it cheap, but the sound board is loose. I wondered if people were happy with the service recieved. Thanks

I had the best luck getting them by phone, once you do I never had issues

I called them as well and they were fast and took care of my problem ,with a good attitude  .
Love my 2 Cody calls ,and they are only the Woodsman grade.

I have about eighty  of them. I do store mine in them. I talked to them today. Said to just send it in.
