help w/ MI/WV outfitters/hunts please

we've found an OH outfitter than can take our group next spring.  also have found an IN guy that likely can but is waiting to hear back from some return customers first. 

b/c of the uncertainty we are looking at MI and WV as possible states to tie into our OH hunt next spring.  any suggestions for good guys to give some business?

I don't know of any outfitters in West Virginia but there is a lot of public ground available to hunt in West Virginia.

Is it ok during the week or is it like MS and basically a battle region? Not opposed to turkey hunting public land.

After first week you don't usually see a lot of turkey hunters especially mid week.
