Max4 blends in great on the woods floor and good in the treestand too. In many cases i prefer it. My aimpoint scipe is max4 on my mossy oak break up gun. In pictures taken after a kill most times my scope is hard to detect.ive had to tell people hey see my scope?

If you let them get close enough to inspect the finish on your gun you've already messed up.

Lots of turkeys have been killed and are still killed with wood stocks and blue barrels.  Movement is the key.  Even a pretty camoed gun that is swung around like a baton will be seen.
