50 bpm is about right with these dang bp meds.  I'm on a mission though, and if Richard at 1 on 1 Fitness has anything to do with it, I'll be off em and able to keep up with singlebarrel when the birds start gobbling and were crossing them 1000yd fields in Kansas...they always put the short fat boys with the long legged guys and the triatheletes...
