this morning seemed especially bad.  Took me quite a while to get on and locks up at times.

The mornings and late in the evening seem to be the worst for me.  I just wait a while and it will finally work...  Didn't ever have a problem until the upgrades and such... Dunno if that had anything to do with it or not...
