For some time, I toyed with the notion of making my own turkey call, to bring into the woods and I finally decided to give it a try after last year's spring season. Thanks to the assistance of several well know call makers, to whom I am very grateful, I was able to painstakingly kick out this group of box calls that I can hardly wait to try. After a little field testing, I plan to keep one or two for myself, giving the others to family and friends.
I have a new found appreciation for heart and soul that goes into making a custom call, and all I can say is "hats off" to all the fine craftsmen on this forum!!
