Anyone else out there turkey hunt off riding mules or horse back?

 :dancingturkey: :theman: :dancingturkey: What would it take to come up & borrow one on them mules & take it back to Bedford County for about 5 weeks ? I'll feed & water him good & I'm purty sure he might get to see me kill a gobbler or 2 !

Great idea. Looks like fun. I think we can not ride horses on the game land I hunt. I might could in the national forest. I will check. I would love to try it.

Man ncturkey Its the ticket. You can plan out long hunts cover 10-15 miles before noon pending if your running into some good gobbling and finding birds to hunt. It's alot of extra work and you have to get up early to get the mules ready, gotta take your time pulling the mules to get to your hunting spot in time, getting them saddled up but once your on them covering ground and not walking its a great feeling.
