I just finished my season this morning, I think, unless I can make it to WV this weekend! Overall I thought it was a tough year to hunt, I don't know how much it affect you folks down south but our winter up here in NE Ohio was particularly hard this year and I felt it defiantly showed in the bird population. I ended up limiting out in both OH and PA on longbeards but I had to knock on a lot of doors this year to get new spots as a lot of my traditional strongholds had no birds. I also noticed significantly fewer jakes this year as well. It's going to be interesting to see how this translates over the next couple years up here. I know a lot of people that struggled this year to fill there tags!
What's everyone else think? Anyone have any additional birds to check in??
