I shot a bearded hen last year....funny seeing another one this year.  
Will not shoot one this year...I know what to look for now.  Click on the pic to blow it up to see better.

There's a bearded hen above the crow in the first picture which was taken last month.  We had three bearded hens last year.  We'll have to wait and see if they all show back up this year.  They are off limits.

I shot one last year not really knowing it was a hen.  I felt bad because when I cleaned her, she had a bunch of eggs inside of her :(.
