Maxus with LB's
« on: April 07, 2014, 01:28:12 PM »
First chance to try the LB's today with my maxus. I only took a few shots but here are some average photos of groups.   It was 45 and 30% humidity slight breeze.  Shot 3.5 inch 5 and 6's thru a Hevi Choke.  One shot trhu a Full Strut choke.  Second pic are LB 5's too.

The LB 6's really surprised me and actually did quite a bit better than the Hevi 6's that day, but shot about 4 inches to the right.  It always amazes me how different shells can have such different poi.  Once I run out of Hevi...Im probably just gonna use the LB's.

Just be careful not to push the yardage envelope with lead 6s...keep it to 40 yds and you are in business
shoot first, measure spurs later
Don't miss "The Break" our new outdoor TV show featuring the www.HuntersLink.com team on the Hunt Channel Ch.266 on Dish Network.  All episodes can be seen on Hunt Channel on ROKU and streaming devices and on the website as well...Enjoy and thanks for the support!
