First post on here, GREAT site!!  Tried the new longbeards and the old standby hevi 13's today.  these were shot at a ranged 40 yards with my Nikon 550.  UNREAL groups.  the counts may be off by a couple +/- as I was in a hurry to count but the patterns look great on the 6's.  The 4's surprised me a also.  dead turkeys for sure, gun is 1300 Winchester black shadow, 22" barrel, comp-n-choke .655, no barrel polishing or anything, actually fired a box of 2 3/4 shells at some trap before I shot these patterns.  I know I could probably add a few more pellets by moving a 10" circle around but I wanted this as realistic as possible.  These were shot with the original front bead only.  I actually had my bushnell trs-25 red dot mounted first but after 4 shots my patterns all moved left by about a foot, I think I killed the red dot.
longbeard 6's had 245 hits
longbeard 4's had 133 hits
Hevi 13 6's had 86 hits

I've got a 1300 with a comp n choke .655 also. I've been wanting to try the longbeards 3" #5's. did you shoot the hevi thu the comp n choke? They aren't made for htl. I'm shooting hevi 13 #6's thru a hevi choke.

If your only getting 86 shot with the Hevi-13 #6's you need to try a different choke.
