If you own a woodhaven purr pot you may want to try this! MAY! Be careful but take a knife, I used a fillet knife because of the thin blade. Pry up the slate from the pot, be careful not to chip the slate it's about a 1/4" thick but it's still brittle. Once you get it off you'll notice there are 2 pots there. The foam outer pot and a clear inner pot that's glued in. Actually silicone, but remove the clear pot and put your slate back in. This is the original design by Sadler McGraw, woodhaven added the inner pot for god knows why but it'll change the tone for sure. For the better! Good luck and be safe!
