Rat!! How do I get rid of it???

Like someone said, try the water hose down the hole. Be ready, he will make an appearance suddenly. Have done this with woodchucks that burrowed beside foundation of camp. A 12 gauge met them on top. Give him bubble gum and bind him up, Dead rat/rats. There are probably more than one.

The other day when I came from work I saw the possum trap was set off. Inside was Alvin & he wasn't liking it.

Here's a quick update. I haven't caught anything since I caught Alvin about a week ago. I chcecked the cameras last night and no sign of the rat. The first night set the cameras back out I got several pics of the poosum, but since then I haven't seen it. The rest of the pics are of birds, rabbits and Avlin & his relatives. I'm hoping the cat I got pics of the 1st time I set the cams out took care of the rat. Going to change bait and see what happens.

Careful, you might get a skunk!  when I was a kid, all we saw using a hole under the garage were possums and ghogs.  Caught a few of the possums... then one night.... wow... skunk city!  Wasn't planning on that!
