Lowes has it in a five pack, but there is not very much in each tube. i use it only as a filler, i hate that stuff, don't really have much use for it.

I get mine on eBay. Saves me a little money and I use quite a bit of it. You can also get it at most woodworking stores, if you have any around you.

It is really easy. put lathe on slowest speed, put a small amount of CA on a rolled paper towel and then apply the towel to the striker while turning. I use thin CA. Just keep repeating until you get desied finish.

I will add that you have to be quick because the thin CA glue will start to dry fast and can ruin it in a hurry. Then you have to start all over and re sand. Once I put 3 coats of CA I use a polishing agent that cleanse it up pretty. It can be tricky but once you get the hang of it you will like it. BTW I also use an accelerating agent to speed up the process so you don't have to wait for the glue to dry.

I take a soft paper towel cut it into about 1.5 inch squares. Fold the squares over twice. place a drop on CA on the towel. With the lathe on slow I start on top and in a single pull. I make a single pass then repeat the process over an over. I use an activator on every 4th pass. After I get enough coats I wet sand the finish. It takes practice.
