I used to love to hunt Cahaba Management area before work. About 11 miles to roost from my doorstep.

it's about 15 mins from mine. i hunt there a good bit during the season. i also have a 150 acre private cattle farm i can hunt in montevallo and i also have 1400 acres in perry county and 1200 acres in dadeville to hunt

Too bad the 1400 and 1200 acres aren't 15 miles away. Though the cattle farm reads like a winner as well.

the farm is usually good for a bird or 2 a season.

the 1400 acres hasnt been turkey hunted in the last 8 years so that should be fun.

the 1200 acres is loaded with birds and there's only 1 other guy who hunts it.
