Years ago in NY there were two brothers who went turkey hunting. They had separated and one brother shot a bird and was carrying it out of the woods. When the other brother saw the turkey moving thru the woods he shot at it and seriously injured his brother.
I happened to be at that scene as one of the investigating officers. One of the other officers at the scene who worked for me and who happens to be my hunting buddy asked the guy what hapened. After hearing his lame excuse, my buddy asked him how many times he has seen a turkey walk thru the woods with his head on the ground. We still get a good laugh out of the famous head walking turkey.
