I really apprieciate all the help on here.  I was able to get a winning combo right off the bat. I have had this gun for 20 years and put thousands of shells through it.  But with me growing up it was starting to lose its utility.  Until I found this forum. 

A good deep clean (learned from here) and some reading about gun-shell-choke combo's and heres what we got.

870 youth-21" barrel-SSX choke-Fed. HW 7's

Got  167 & 176 in the 10" @ 40 yards. 

Best of all, I get to put the 20 back in action, gonna love packing the 20 around.
