good for lead... would be more than double with HEVI #7..

have you tried any other loads? any heavier than lead?  just curious, with a .655 choke I would think you'd be able to get some more density...good luck hunting!!

Yeah, ran some Fed Hwt 3x7's and got 170. Am happy with the lead numbers!

you're good either way was just wondering...I never have tried the Federal HW...I've always shot H-13 or Lead.  go get em....
