What is your favorite playing surface?

Glass, it can be real loud, or you can tone it down if you want.

I don't have many calls at all to play with yet but so far my favorite is a aluminum. Has a loud raspy pitch to it, but can also tone it down alot.
I have had bad luck with crystal so far so it has me a little shy of it. Hoping that changes though
