That's a grass carp.  A nice one, too.  I caught one of them back in the early 90's that was 40lbs and 43" long on a Cotton Cordell Rattlin Spot fishing for bass.  I snagged him in the tail.  Took me 48 min to land him on 10lb test line.  I've caught a 25.5lb carp and another around 22lbs and 17lbs and 14lbs over the years doing the same thing.  And I'm probably leaving out a few.  I love catching them.  The ones I have landed I either hooked in the tail or in the top dorsal fin.
