Sent this to TruGlo a couple days ago. I'm very pleased with their response. Nice to know there's still a few companies around with this kind of customer service.  :icon_thumright:

Subject: Warranty
Message: Hello, I purchased a Pro-Series Magnum Gobble Dot Sight for a Remington 870 shotgun(TG944A) last spring. The sight has been great until a few days ago. The red fiber-optic piece on the front sight fell off(I believe it's a .029" diameter). Can I get a replacement? I don't have my package that it came in or a receipt, but I'd like to get it fixed/replaced without having to purchase a whole new set. I'd really appreciate a response.

Thanks in advance,

I use the same sights and it's nice to know that if I have a problem it will be taking care of like that.

They do have great customer service.  They replaced my red/green dot a couple years ago with no questions asked.

I had to ditch the Tru-Glo sights on my 870.  I had 2 seasons in a row where I got in the field to find my front fiber optic missing.  The metal holder was still there, but the fiber optic material was gone.  Do you know how frustrating it is to look down the barrel of a shotgun and not be able to find your front bead?  Grrr!  After the second time I was done with it.  I replaced them with Williams Fire Sights and have not had a problem for the past 4 years.

I am a fan of their bow sights and recently replaced my Sword sights with a set of TruGlo sights that have the tool-less micro adjust feature.  That beats carrying an allen wrench around the yard while sighting in.  It also has a new push-button light rather than the twist operated light that was on my old set of TruGlo sights.  I just got these a couple of weeks ago and it  is missing the glow in the dark ring around the front of the frame of the sight and the little level had popped loose from the back side of the sight window/frame.

I ordered a set of Williams Firesights for an 1187.  They arrived, and they need a ramp bracket and drilling and tapping to mount.  Where did you buy those ramps to mount yours?

That rocks for sure. Gotta love it when a company stands behind their product.
