Finally Tagged out in Louisiana!

Turkey Havoc

Afraid I was going to eat a serving of Tag Soup, but one of these guys helped close out my season today for me. Still have a chance to call some up for my son though. First bird had 3/4 in spurs, and 9 1/2 in beard. Second bird had one 1 1/4 in spur, and one 13/16 in spur with a 10 1/2 in beard(there was one strand that measured 11 in, but I udually don't count it as a 11 in beard if it is only one out of a bunch).

I hunt in Vernon Parish, all Public land. The 3 locations I hunt are: Clear Creek WMA, Fort Polk WMA, and Peason Ridge mainly.
