I've been fortunate to kill at least one every season I've hunted.
Called in a few more for friends and seeing someone take their first bird is a blast!

I really wasn't sure but I counted 53 longbeards I've saved, maybe another 15 jakes and a few fall hens with the bow since 1994. That's hunting three states yearly (NH,NY,CT) with a 6 bird combined bag limit. It's been fun but it's ruined my spring fishing and I'm starting to slow down.

28, most of them public land Osceolas. My goal is to kill a bird in all of the lower 48 states. So far, I've scored in Florida, S. Carolina, W. Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Oklahoma and Nebraska. I hope to get my next one in 16 days!!!

I am just under 50 total gobblers that I have killed since I have been hunting them.  I have lost several of my fist long beards to mites where they just fell apart into nothing so make sure that you that you take care and cure your beards.  Of those only 7 were jakes and they were all killed when I first started with this addiction.

IMO its not the number of kills vs the memories for each.  I would take 1 awsome hunt with my best hunting buddy vs 20 killed by myself.
